I pride myself on providing services people want and are glad you think I'm up to the challenge of making your ideas come true. I hope to always make my services affordable to those who want to use them and to do so I have found a unique way to make it more affordable for all.
The two options of items I provide is as followed:
One of a Kind

this package will make a project that is "Just for you" meaning you have no intention to sell this but want something special for you in second life that you haven't been able to find anywhere else.
the project will be given to you copy and mod but not transfer. when I retrieve the order form, with your contact details included, I will try to catch you online next time possible. we will then talk about the project and i will give a quote and time period I believe it will take. with this worked out and agreed, i will need a deposit of 20% to start working on your project. i believe you should be involved and will update you at least once a week (or sooner if it doesn't take a whole week). you will be able to put input in at any point with no extra fee. a extra fee will only apply if the project grew to a larger project and will be talked about till we are all agreed in that matter.
Refunds will be possible but only 50% of the costing (unless no work has started on your project, this is as you’re paying for my time as well as the object I will be making for you., if you are unhappy I will always try to find a solution that suits all!
Full perm
This package makes a product that can be with full permissions. That's copy, modify AND transfer. This package is for anyone wanting to resell the custom order/give out to other people.

In summary

for the people (like me) who like to skim over long notecards/documents, I will summaries what you will/can recessive from my services. I can offer mesh, animations, textures and basic scripting. by basic scripting, an example I can offer is I can script furniture to be used with animations or I can script a sign to give a notecard to a person who clicks it. please look below for what you want for a price expectancy.
I offer custom mesh: Rigging, clothing, accessories, toys, furniture, buildings.
I offer custom: animations and poses.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I will not help create anything that I myself deem as a violation to linden lab terms of conditions. this isn’t a judgment upon another idea but a safeguard for myself due to what I see linden labs terms of conditions mean.

Textures MAY not be included in this service, this is depending on what YOU want. Also depending on the skill level needed. if I feel I am unable to complete textures to a good enough quality I have a partner whom I can work with. this will come at no extra cost, but MAY cause the time to create your desired idea longer and I will be happy to compensate if it goes over double the expected time.

I understand paying for custom mesh can be pricey and sometimes isn't possible to get all the money at once, for those cases I will talk about making a payment plan so that you can comfortably pay for what you want. I am afraid that the project won't be passed over till all money has been paid.
